- Our in-person services include, but are not limited to, photography, video shoots, drone shoots, and on-location creative work.
- To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.
- This advance is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it secures our time, resources, and scheduling.
- Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled without prior agreement.
2. Online Courses
- Access to online courses is granted digitally within approximately 15 minutes of purchase.
- You may request a full refund before activation.
- Once access has been granted to the course content, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
3. Digital Templates
- Templates and downloadable resources are delivered instantly and are considered final.
- As digital files are immediately accessible and downloadable to your system, they are not eligible for refunds.
- We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchase.
4. Exceptions & Support
- If you believe your case qualifies for a refund due to technical issues or an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll be happy to assess your request.
- All refund requests and service-related concerns must be submitted via email at info@stellarmedia.in.
- If the refund is approved, you will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
